A Custodian (your customer or client) creates their own Celebration Memorial and receives secure token access to view and edit it at any time.
Trial → Activation → Renewal

Memorials begin in trial mode. Trial memorials remain private, cannot be publicly shared, and messaging features remain disabled until activation by the vendor through the partner dashboard.

Lifecycle
  • Vendors manage memorial activation through the dashboard
  • Activation enables full public access and sharing
  • Active memorials remain live for 1 year
  • Expired memorials automatically return to trial mode
  • Custodians retain secure edit access throughout
