All memorials are provided as a 1-year subscription from the date of activation. Custodian renewal requests appear directly within the partner dashboard for management and approval.
Subscription plans and memorials are billable for any calendar month in which the vendor account or memorial existed at any point during that month.
Deleted memorials and memorials remaining in trial mode are not charged ongoing monthly fees. However, memorials are still billable for the final month in which they were active and existed.
Vendors may leave the platform at any time directly through the dashboard with no cancellation or leaving fees.
Memorials belonging to vendors continue to be securely hosted through Xydaq and proceed through the standard memorial renewal process.
